Glad you found some of my stuff useful.

I promise to do a lot better this year giving back. I make my living selling digital products, but I think we all need to remember to treat our subscribers and customers with respect and give them some good stuff for free once in a while.

I too have been in the service business for a long time and I know that it is all about giving more than is expected of you. And that is what people can expect from me this year and from now on.

Any one who offers me a freebie on newyears day is a “Mate” of mine. Us aussies use Mate as a term of endearment not only that, we also would trust a Mate with our lives.

Good on you for breaking the mold as far as freebies are concerned. Your email was the only one that offered a genuine freebie and for that I thank you.

Soon I will have a site or two set up and will treat my customers with resepect as you do yours. No doubt this trait of respect for others is something thats learned early in life. Its either tought by parents or is picked up through social interactions as you go on with your life.

My whole working life has evolved around providing service to customers and every job that I’ve had I have loved with a passion and generated a lot of business for ungratefull bosses over the years.

Internet markekiting is going to be my passion for at least the next 35 years or so and I plan to do it well… realy well. I’m 65 soon to be 66 and so far every thing I know about the ‘Net” is what I’ve tought my self.

You know what?… I’m so excited about what I’m learning and what else needs to learned… and I have the rest of my life yet to come

Haven’t looked at it yet as the computer I’m using is a bit passed it and needs to update the drivers. Its my sons and a friend of his set it up a few years ago and pirated the software.

Its currently running Windows XP. I’ve installed a program that monitors every thing and it keeps comming up with the neccessary drivers but there is no licence number for the original software.

Appologies for the long “tome” and I sincerely hope that I have’t bored you. So far the few products that I’ve purchased from you will used well when I start and you’ll be seeing a lot of me from now on…

Yeah the Paypal thing is a real eye opener!

Many thanks for the surprise gift.

You Know I have been marketing on the Net for 12 years and did not know that any custom header is not secure and the Paypal encryption is broken. I new about the security issue with customizing but didn’t know why. Now I do. And as I have an https site I can solve it too with my own Header.
